Warranty<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>

All goods come with a 2-year warranty period.<\/p>

The warranty provided is on a so-called carry-in basis, which means you are responsible for transport to our warehouse.<\/p>

Always contact us first if a product is not working properly – we might be able to help you with tips.<\/p>

If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will discuss how to proceed (return or perhaps send a replacement part). <\/p>

Please NEVER return a product without prior consultation. <\/p>

We also follow the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.<\/p>

Returns<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>

Ordered goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.<\/p>

Conditions for returns are:<\/p>

  • Goods are unused<\/p><\/li>

  • The goods are still in the (undamaged) original packaging<\/p><\/li>

  • Return shipment is announced in advance.<\/p><\/li>

  • see the Terms and Conditions for more information <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    The shipping costs for returning are at your expense. For large items, it may be cheaper to have us arrange the shipment.<\/p>

    The costs incurred will then be deducted from the credit amount. <\/p>
